Refund Policy for WSQ Courses

We aim to provide clarity and fairness in all matters relating to course fees and refunds.

1. General Principles

Our refund policy is made available to all learners and prospective learners on our website, in the registration form, and in the official invoices.

All refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt of a completed refund request.

Learners who wish to withdraw must do so in writing via email to our administrative team before course commencement. 

2. Refunds Due to Non-Delivery of Course

You will receive a full refund (100%) including the $30 Registration Fee if:

The course does not commence on the published start date.

The course is cancelled before it begins.

The course is terminated before the published end date.

Learners will be notified within 3 working days in the event of any unforeseen course cancellation.

3. Refunds Due to Learner Withdrawal

Refunds due to learner withdrawal are subject to the timing of the withdrawal request relative to the course commencement date:

Withdrawal before Course Commencement (or no attendance at all):

  • Learners who submit a formal written withdrawal request via email at least 2 weeks before the published course commencement date, or who do not attend the course at all, will receive a 100% refund of the course fees paid via Skillsfuture Credits or PSEA, excluding the non-refundable $30 registration fee.

Withdrawal on or after Course Commencement:

  • If a learner submits a formal written withdrawal request on or after the published course commencement date, no refund will be provided for the course fees paid.
  • The non-refundable $30 registration fee is also excluded from any consideration for refund in
    this scenario.
