What You Will Learn

Turn floral ideas into sellable floral products through a structured, product-development approach adapted specifically for floristry.

1) Product strategy for retail floristry
What makes a floral product commercially strong: repeatability, consistency, price structure, and ease of production.

2) Prototype like a florist, test like a business
Create versions, gather feedback, refine your design decisions, and improve profitability without compromising style. You will learn how to create three popular florist items in the prototyping labs.

3) Catalogue planning and collection building
Build a cohesive range customers can browse easily—signature bouquets, best-sellers, seasonal drops, and add-ons.

4) Marketing that actually fits florists
Write product copy that is not cringe, plan simple campaigns, and build a content approach that supports sales.

5) Launch plan and next steps
Walk away with a clear product plan for your next collection or catalogue refresh.
