SHIPPING POLICY FOR FLOWERS BY TERRA
Delivery Areas We currently deliver fresh flowers within Singapore. All deliveries are handled with care to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: before 6pm
- Morning Delivery (Chargeable): 9am to 12noon
- Afternoon Delivery (Chargeable): 12pm to 5pm
- Night Delivery (Chargeable): 7pm to 10pm
- Express Delivery: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM SGT (Chargeable and subject to availability)
- Delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery timing selection. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Special Delivery Instructions If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact them. Please provide a contact phone number to ensure successful delivery. If the courier is unable to get a response within 10 minutes, the item will be left at a safe place or returned to our studio. Redelivery is chargeable at $30. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient is around to receive the item.Â
Perishable Goods As flowers are perishable, we recommend that arrangements are received and cared for as soon as possible after delivery.
