Phase 1:
Business & Market Foundations
You begin by developing a strong understanding of:

Phase 2:
Product Creation & Commercial Readiness
You then move into developing sellable floral products, where you will:

You will apply learning through the creation of three highly requested commercial floral products
Phase 3:
Event Planning & Live Execution
In the final phase, you apply your skills at event scale.
You will learn how to:
- Develop event concepts aligned with trends, sustainability, and venue requirements
- Plan installation operations, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate logistics and roles with venue and stakeholders
- Manage live execution and respond to on-site changes
You will participate in the hands-on setup and execution of an event floral installation, carried out in a controlled training environment.

Hands-On Learning Experience
This programme places strong emphasis on applied learning.
Participants will:
- Create three physical floral products - Premium Wrapped Bouquet, Compote Arrangement & Tall Vase Arrangement
- Develop structured business, product and event plans
- Visit flower wholesalers to learn how to pick out flowers and have a chance to learn from esteemed Korean Floral Designers
- Take part in supervised hands-on installation activities
- Launch a website with a portfolio for ecommerce and events
Assessment & Learning Evidence
Learning is assessed through practical, project-based activities and written assessments, including:
- Product planning and presentations
- Floral product prototypes
- Event planning and execution documentation
- Post-activity evaluation and reflection
Assessment focuses on the ability to apply learning in realistic business and event scenarios. Assessment is compulsory and is a requirement for course completion.
