Q1: What is Skillsfuture Credits
SkillsFuture Credit is a Singaporean government initiative that provides Singaporeans and Singapore PRs with funds to offset the cost of training courses related to their work or career development. It encourages lifelong learning and helps Singaporeans upskill and reskill to stay competitive in the workforce.

Opening Credit:All Singaporeans aged 25 and above receive an initial credit of $500, which does not expire. 

Top-ups: One-off SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up In 2020 of $500 will expire on 31 Dec 2025

Usage: SkillsFuture Credit can be used to pay for out-of-pocket course fees on top of existing government subsidies for various approved courses.

Q2: Can I use SkillsFuture Credit for your courses?

Yes, all WSQ courses offered by Flowers by Terra are SkillsFuture Credit eligible. You may offset the net payable amount after subsidy.

Q3: How do I know if I’m eligible for a subsidy?

Subsidy amounts depend on your citizenship and age - Please log in to find more information on the MySkillsfuture website.

Q4: How do I withdraw from a course?

Please submit your withdrawal in writing via email. If the request is made 10 days before the course start date, a full refund (excluding registration fee) will be issued.

Q5: Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, you will receive an Statement of Attainment issued through the MySkillsFuture portal.

Q6: How do I prepare for my course?

A pre-course email will be sent to you 3 days before the course begins with information on venue, timing, what to bring, and any required pre-reading.
