How to keep your blooms fresh
Trim the stems on arrival
Trim the ends of stems at a 45° angle. This increases the surface area of the ends and maximizes water uptake immediately.
Use a clean vase with cool fresh water
Fill to 1/2 full, ensure all stems are in water. Avoid hot water — it wilts petals fast. Add the flower food sachet to keep water clean and improve vase life of flowers.
Keep away from heat and sunlight
Place in a cool spot away from aircon and fan vents, sunny windows, and fruit bowls. Ethylene gas from fruit accelerates wilting.
Change water every 2 days
Re-trim stems each time and remove any leaves below the waterline. Most Terra bouquets last 4–7 days with proper care.

Can I order fresh flowers for same-day delivery in Singapore?
Yes — call us at 8898 9246 before 1pm and we deliver island-wide the same day, subject to availability. We deliver 7 days a week including public holidays. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred time slot.
What flowers will be in my bouquet?
We design around what's at peak freshness each week, so exact blooms vary. You'll always receive the colour palette and size you selected. Leave a note at checkout if you have specific requests or allergies (e.g. no lilies).
How long will the fresh flowers last?
With proper care — fresh water every 2 days, stems trimmed at an angle, kept away from heat — most Terra bouquets last 5 to 8 days. Flower care instructions are included with every order. You can also add on flower food sachets to your order at a discounted price.
Can I include a personalised message card?
Yes, and it's complimentary. Add your message at checkout (up to 150 characters) and we'll handwrite or print it on a Terra card tucked into the bouquet. No pricing or invoices are included — every order is gift-ready.
What if the recipient isn't home at delivery?
Our delivery partner will call them if nobody answers the door. If there's no answer, flowers are left at the door with photo confirmation. Always include the recipient's mobile number at checkout for smooth coordination. Redelivery charges will apply, thus it is best to ensure recipient is available on the date of delivery.
Do you offer flowers that last longer than fresh bouquets?
Yes — our Still Blooming by Terra range features preserved roses and botanicals that last 1–3 years with no watering needed. Browse our Eternal Preserved Flowers collection from $50 SGD.
